terms of service

Art Work Process

  1. Contact me about your commission with the details of your commission (Refer to contact template)

  2. After confirming the details, I will send an invoice for a payment.

  3. Once the payment is processed, I will start on the commission.

  4. Drafts will be sent for approval if requested.

  5. The final artwork will be sent through specified format that the commissioner requests (.png or .jpeg).

Terms Of Service

The Terms of Service will provide the policies regarding usage, copyright, and refund policies.
The following are not subject to changes of any kind.

I will NOT draw any of the following:

  • Furries

  • Gore

  • Mecha

  • Armor

  • NSFW

  1. I have the right to refuse any request, no matter the circumstances.

  2. I retain all rights to my artwork. No major edits are allowed to the artwork. Credits and the watermark must be kept on the piece.

  3. I will not replicate or reproduce any copyrighted material without consent from the original owner.

  4. There are no refunds or cancellations of payment ONCE work on the commission has started.

  5. Any cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of sending in a request.

  6. For commercial use, a fee will be added on for each piece. Otherwise, the work received CANNOT be used for reselling, advertisement, or business related purposes.

  7. Any large alterations that require a change in lineart will be declined.

  8. Any small alterations will requires consultation with me within a 24-hour period.

  9. Commissioners have permission to display the artwork on their profile with proper credit given to the artist.

  10. There will be no physical copy of any sort. The artwork will only be sent through a digital format.

  11. The commission must not break any of the general terms and processes. If any of the terms are violated, the request as well as any form of communication will be discontinued.

General Terms & Processes

Payments will be through Paypal USD.
Commission work will only start once the full payment has been processed.
Provocative and ill-mannered behavior will automatically terminate any requests.

Commissions will be illustrated digitally on the art program: Clip Studio Paint at 300 DPI unless specified otherwise.Each request will be completed to the best of my abilities to the client's satisfaction as well as my own.
During the rendering process, two changes will be allowed. Any more changes will be charged with a fee. After the final render, no changes will be allowed.If a deadline is required, please contact me with the details. An additional fee will be added. Otherwise, the finished product will be sent within 1 month. This may vary due to personal circumstances. In case of extension, the commissioner will be contacted.
